This is the final step. Magnets are inspected based on customer specifications and needs, including dimensions and apperance.Except magnetic properties, we always test the surface Gauss and flux to judge the powder of magents.
After all inspection or test is finish, some magnets should be magnetized accorrding to customers' requirement. 
 The strong magnets need to be very carefully pacakged before shipment,especially for air shipment, we need to insert enough metal plates to shield the magnetic effects to around environment.
